Blinc mascara has launched an innovative lash primer, developed to treat and enhance the lashes. It builds volume, while drying to a true black finish. Users can layer on any number of coats within 60 seconds, for thicker, full lashes.    

The product contains Pentapeptide-17 to encourage new lash growth, as well as D-Panthenol and Tocopheral Acetate to moisturize and condition. The formulation doesn’t contain carbon black, which can be harmful because it contains nanoparticles; or potentially irritating fragrances.
